ATLAS is the methodology Meridian implements. It was developed inside the NHS by a consultant clinician — covering Programmed Activities, session allocation, consultant-of-the-week patterns, leave impact, cover groups, on-call rotations, and a coverage classification taxonomy.

It is the reason Meridian behaves like a clinical tool rather than a generic workforce dashboard. The technology platform carries the security, multi-tenancy and audit trail. ATLAS carries the clinical truth.
